DLA definition

DLA means the Didsbury Lacrosse Association;
DLA means the Development and License Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2002, by and among PTI, DURECT Corporation (“Durect”), and Southern BioSystems, Inc., a copy of which has been provided to King, as it may be amended from time to time hereafter in accordance with Section 2.4 of this Agreement.
