Dividend Reference Date definition

Dividend Reference Date means the 25th day of January, April, July and October of each year commencing April 25, 1994, and continuing through and including January 25, 2014.
Dividend Reference Date means each anniversary of the Date of Issuance.
Dividend Reference Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
