Examples of Dividend Reference Date in a sentence
If any Dividend Reference Date occurs on a day other than a Business Day, any dividends otherwise payable on such Dividend Reference Date shall be paid on the next Business Day.
If any Dividend Reference Date is not a Business Day, the dividend otherwise due on such date shall be paid on the next following Business Day (and this extension shall be included in the determination of such dividend payment).
