Dividend Adjustment Amount definition

Dividend Adjustment Amount means the amount, applicable to one Common Share, by which the Excess Dividend exceeds the Permitted Dividend.
Dividend Adjustment Amount means the full amount of the dividend or distribution to the extent payable in cash applicable to one share of the Parent Class B Common Stock less the Dividend Threshold Amount.
Dividend Adjustment Amount means the difference between (i) the Aggregate Dividends Owed and (ii) the Aggregate Dividends Paid.
