District Counsel definition

District Counsel means, as of the date hereof, McGeady Becher, P.C., Denver, Colorado.
District Counsel means the law firm of Hopping Green & Sams, P.A. located at 1 23 South Calhoun Street, Ta11ahassee, Fl orida, 32301 , or such other law firm or counsel hired by the District having at least five years experience in the area of Community Devel opment Districts.
District Counsel means Armstrong Teasdale LLP or designated counsel to the District with respect to the Bonds.
