District Assembly definition

District Assembly means an assembly established pursuant to Section 5 of the Local Government Act, Chapter 22:01 of the laws of the Recipient.
District Assembly means a district assembly organised in accordance with the Local Government Act (Act 462) of the laws of Ghana, which shall be responsible for implementing sub-projects. This includes Metropolitan and Municipal Assemblies.
District Assembly or “DA” means a District Assembly established pursuant to the Recipient’s Local Government Act of 1993 (Act 462).
