Distributive Share definition

Distributive Share. All of a Member’s interest in Distributions by the Company.
Distributive Share means the percentages set forth in Article 3 as in effect from time to time.

More Definitions of Distributive Share

Distributive Share means the amount payable to a Participant or his Beneficiary upon his retirement, disability, death or other termination from employment.
Distributive Share shall have the meaning as given such term in Section 704 of the Code and applicable Treasury Regulations and any similar or corresponding provision of state and local law.
