Distribution Term means the period described in the Grant Agreement beginning on the date of First Release of a Grant Project. If there has been no national or regional distribution or broadcast by a CPB authorized entity to public television stations, public radio stations, or related entities within the Domestic Area of the Grant Project or other distribution, broadcast, or display of the Grant Project by the fifth anniversary of the date the Grant Agreement is signed, then the Distribution Term will be coterminous with the Lock Up Period.

• Expiration of the Distribution Term shall not in and of itself automatically terminate the right of Licensee and/or Authorized Users to continue to use the Software and Documentation pursuant to Section 2 above.

More Definitions of Distribution Term

Distribution Term means the period of seven years commencing on the Launch Date.

Distribution Term means that part of the Term during ----------------- which Distributor (and Distributor's sub-distributors) shall be entitled to exercise the rights licensed to Distributor under Section 2. The Distribution Term may be terminated as described in Section 11.

The term “programs” shall not include any Oracle programs which are not included on the Outside In Application Package Registration Form. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the agreement, for the purposes of this Addendum, the term “embedded” shall refer to the requirements and restrictions defined in the Outside In Application Package Registration Form with which the application package must comply. For purposes of this Addendum, the term “Units” shall mean the right to install a single installation of the application package on a single piece of hardware.

Distribution Term means the period of time commencing on the Commercial Launch and ending on the date that is either two (2) years after the Commercial Launch or January 31, 2013, whichever is earlier, unless terminated earlier as provided by Section 8 below.
