Distribution Fund definition

More Definitions of Distribution Fund

Distribution Fund means the fund into which the Debtors’ Assets will be deposited for distribution by the Plan Administrator to Holders of Allowed Claims in accordance with the terms of this Plan, provided however, that the Holders of Allowed Secured Claims shall be paid at the closing of the Sale or Sale Transactions, and their Distributions shall not be deposited into the Distribution Fund.
