Distribution Documents definition

Distribution Documents means this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements.

Chapters 121 and 551 and any successor statutes thereto, together with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Maritime Administration and their practices enforcing, administering, and interpreting such laws, statutes, rules, and regulations, in each case as amended or supplemented from time to time, relating to the ownership and operation of U.S.-flag vessels in the U.S. coastwise trade. “Non-U.S. Citizen” means any Person that is not a U.S. Citizen and any Person that fails to deliver the Requisite Documentation. “U.S. Citizen” means a Person that is a citizen of the United States within the meaning of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act, eligible and qualified to own and operate U.S.-flag vessels in the U.S. coastwise trade.
Distribution Documents means this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements and any other agreements or documents entered into to effect the transactions contemplated hereby or by the Ancillary Agreements (but excluding the Confidentiality Agreement and the Merger Agreement).
