Dissolution Amount definition

Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Early Dissolution Amount (Tax), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Put), the Early Dissolution Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in the Final Terms;
Dissolution Amount. ’ means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Early Dissolution Amount (Tax), the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call) or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount to be paid on a Dissolution Date as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the applicable Final Terms;

Examples of Dissolution Amount in a sentence

  • Upon expiry of any such notice given in accordance with this Condition 7(b) and payment in full of the Tax Dissolution Amount to Certificateholders, the Certificates shall cease to represent interests in the Trust Assets and no further amounts shall be payable in respect thereof and the Trustee shall have no further obligations in respect thereof.

  • Upon the payment of the Scheduled Dissolution Amount on the Final Scheduled Dissolution Date, the Certificates shall cease to represent interests in the Trust Assets and no further amounts will be payable in respect thereof and the Trustee shall have no further obligations in respect thereof.

  • If the amount of an Optional Dissolution Amount or Periodic Distribution Amount is not paid in full when due, the Trustee will annotate the Register with a record of the amount in fact paid.

  • On receipt of such notice, the Trustee shall, on giving not less than 30 and nor more than 60 days’ notice to the Certificateholders (which notice shall be irrevocable) (Tax Dissolution Notice) redeem the Certificates in whole but not in part at any time (such date being a Tax Dissolution Date) at their Tax Dissolution Amount.

  • In such event, the Principal Paying Agent may, but shall have no obligation to, make any payment to Certificateholders of such Periodic Distribution Amount, Dissolution Amount or any other amount payable under the Master Declaration of Trust as supplemented by the Supplemental Declaration of Trust or any other Transaction Document, as the case may be, due on such date.


More Definitions of Dissolution Amount

Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Tax Dissolution Amount, the Optional Dissolution Amount, the Change of Control Dissolution Amount, the Dissolution Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms for the purposes of Condition 13, the amount payable pursuant to the Transaction Documents following the occurrence of a Total Loss Event, or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Dissolution Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Dissolution Amount, the Dissolution Event Amount, the Tax Dissolution Amount, the Optional Dissolution Amount (Call), the Total Loss Dissolution Amount, the Optional Dissolution Amount (Put), the Clean Up Call Dissolution Amount, which shall, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms, in each case, be equal to the sum of:
Dissolution Amount means, in relation to each Certificate, the aggregate face amount of that Certificate, together with any accrued but unpaid Periodic Distribution Amount;
Dissolution Amount means, as of any date, in relation to each Series, the aggregate principal amount of the Trust Certificates of that Series then outstanding plus accrued and unpaid Periodic Distribution Amounts in respect of such Series as of such date or the Optional Dissolution Exercise Price as of such date.
Dissolution Amount means, in relation to a particular Series, either:
