Disputes Settlement. (1) Should any dispute arise as to the operation of this agreement and the parties are unable to resolve that dispute by amicable negotiation the parties shall refer such dispute to the Industrial Relations Commission for -
Disputes Settlement. As per provisions of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, the dispute between LICENSEE and the LICENSOR shall be settled in the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, if such dispute arises out of or connected with the provisions of this AGREEMENT. In the event of any amendment or modification or replacement of TRAI Act, 1997 such modified provisions shall apply for adjudication of the said dispute.
