Dispute Notification definition

Dispute Notification has the meaning attributed to it in Article 26.1.1.
Dispute Notification means a notice in writing giving a detailed description of the Dispute. DOHAC Contract is the Contract of Services between the Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Health Care and Aged Care and ▇▇▇▇ IT Group Pty Ltd dated 8 May 2023.
Dispute Notification has the meaning specified in Section 14.6(b)(iv).

  • If the invoice is disputed, Contractor will be notified via a Dispute Notification Form within 15 working days of receipt of the invoice.
