Disposition Assets definition

Disposition Assets means the real property listed on Schedule R.
Disposition Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
Disposition Assets shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 6B(i).

More Definitions of Disposition Assets

Disposition Assets means all of the Corporation’s oil and natural gas interests in the Waskahigan, Grizzly, Kaybob, Gilby and Pine Creek areas of West Central Alberta, in addition to other minor Alberta properties, and excluding all of its oil and gas properties and associated interests located in its core Elmworth (Gold Creek) area of operations in West Central Alberta.
Disposition Assets means (i) the following radio stations in Wichita, Kansas: KEYN-FM, KWSJ-FM, KFH-AM and KQAM-AM, owned by Subsidiaries of Triathlon Broadcasting Company, (ii) the following radio station in Wichita, Kansas: KNSS-AM, owned by a Subsidiary of the Borrower, (iii) the Washington Stations and (iv) the Colorado Stations; provided that in the case of (iii) and (iv) above, such stations shall constitute Disposition Assets only if they are not sold or swapped substantially concurrently with the Triathlon Merger."
Disposition Assets means (i) the "Commercial Business" as defined in the Credit Agreement, (ii) the assets or stock of Integrated Health Systems, Inc., a Subsidiary of the Borrower engaged in the business of providing information systems and software products to hospitals, clinics or the like and (iii) the real property located in Xxxx, Washington which is owned by the Borrower's Subsidiary, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Corp., subject, in each instance, to an agreement between the Administrative Agent, the Required Lenders and the Borrower with respect to the specific assets which comprise the "Disposition Assets," as required under SECTION 7.5(g)(ii) of the Credit Agreement.
