Examples of Disposal Date in a sentence
If any dispute arises before the Disposal Date, the Referee Sample retained by Buyer shall be submitted for analysis to an independent commercial testing laboratory ("Independent Lab") mutually chosen by Buyer and Seller.
Unless Seller requests a Referee Sample analysis before the Disposal Date, Buyer's analysis shall be used to determine the quality of the coal delivered hereunder.
Should the Disposal Agent be unable to obtain Full Quotations from at least three (3) Dealers on the Disposal Date, it shall attempt to obtain at least one Full Quotation from at least one (1) Dealer over the next three (3) Business Days (each such Business Day a “ Fallback Disposal Date”) and shall dispose of the Underlying Assets on the first Fallback Disposal Date on which it receives a Full Quotation.
On such Disposal Date, at 11am in the principal market of the Underlying Assets, the Disposal Agent shall attempt to obtain Full Quotations with respect to the Underlying Assets from at least three (3) Dealers on the Disposal Date, and shall sell the Underlying Assets to the highest bidder.
One (1) part (the “Referee Sample”) shall be retained by Seller until the Disposal Date.
