Discrepancy definition

Discrepancy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).
Discrepancy means (i) items/conditions discovered during the Inspection that do not comply with the Post-Closing Delivery Condition, and (ii) any deferred or extended repairs, maintenance, or inspections, including but not limited to items on the Minimum Equipment List, that exist as of the Closing Date.

  • The Porting Party shall complete its review and root cause analysis and notify the Receiving Party of its process improvement efforts, if required, within thirty (30) days of written or electronic notification from the Receiving Party of the Monthly LNP Discrepancy.
