Discount Charge definition

Discount Charge means the charge for Prepayments made by Santander.

Discount Charge means the charge referred to in condition 5.3, calculated daily by applying the rate per annum specified in paragraph 8(a) (or such other sum as we may agree with you in writing), and subject to the minimum specified in paragraph 8(b), to the balance standing to the debit of the Client Account (and any accrued Discount Charges or other charges accrued but not yet applied to the Client Account) as at the close of business each day;

Discount Charge for each Discount Offer is defined as the Payment Amount multiplied by the Discount Rate; Discount Charge = Payment Amount x Discount Rate. Where:
