Discontinued Product definition

Discontinued Product means a Product that is the subject of a termination under this Agreement.

Discontinued Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.1.
Discontinued Product means any Product that Vendor has stopped manufacturing or any Product that undergoes a material change in appearance or packaging.
