Discom(s) definition
Discom(s) means one or more of the following distribution companies:
Discom(s) means the Buying Entity or the distribution utilities who have signed/will sign the PSA (s) with SECI for purchase of Power;
Discom(s) means Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (PSPCL).
More Definitions of Discom(s)
Discom(s) or “Distribution Licensees” or “Buying Entity (ies)” or “Buying Utility(ies)” or “Procurer(s)” shall mean the Buying Entity or the distribution utilities who have signed/will sign the back to back PSA(s) with SECI for purchase of Power. It is clarified that all obligations of SECI under this Agreement shall be deemed to be the obligations of Buying Entities with which SECI has signed/will sign Power Sale Agreement.
Discom(s) means the distribution utility or the distribution utilities who have signed the PSA (s) with NTPC for purchase of Bundled Power;
Discom(s) means Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam(UHBVN) & Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN).
Discom(s) means a distribution companies responsible for distribution of power;
Discom(s) means state distribution companies of Bihar i.e. NBPDCL/SBPDCL.
Discom(s) means all 4 Discoms in Gujarat namely: PGVCL, UGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL
Discom(s) means power Distribution Companies of Andhra Pradesh. In this RFP, DISCOMs shall refer to APSPDCL and APEPDCL individually and collectively unless otherwise specified.
