• Party A shall fail to comply with the provisions of Part 5(e) upon the occurrence of a Swap Disclosure Event.

• Within 21 days of a Disclosure Event, a Member is also required to send a statement to the Professional Conduct Committee setting out the reasons why that Member considers that the Member’s membership should not be affected, including suspended (whether or not on an interim basis) or terminated and that Member’s name removed from the Registers.
