Prior to any clinical Development activities conducted by any of the Parties under this Agreement, the Parties agree to negotiate and execute a Safety Data Exchange Agreement (the “SDEA”) which will describe the responsibilities and detailed procedures to be followed by the Parties to ensure safety surveillance for Licensed Products, Option Products and Discarded Mixtures under this Agreement as well as safety reporting obligations.
