Disability Retirement Benefit definition

Disability Retirement Benefit means the benefit payable to Director following a determination that he is no longer able, properly and satisfactorily, to perform his duties as Director. Said benefit shall be payable monthly for a fifteen (15) year period which, subject to the provisions of Subsection 4.4, shall begin not more than thirty (30) days following the above-mentioned disability determination.
Disability Retirement Benefit means the benefit, if any, described in Section 5.5 or for certain Participants who became Participants as a result of certain acquisitions or mergers, the disability benefit described in the applicable Appendix.
Disability Retirement Benefit means the benefit described in Section 6.2 of the Plan Document.

Examples of Disability Retirement Benefit in a sentence

  • If while actively employed on a full-time basis with Employer, Employee incurs a Disability Retirement, Employee is entitled to a Disability Retirement Benefit which shall commence payment within sixty (60) days following the Disability Retirement and be paid monthly until the December 31st immediately following Employee’s eightieth (80th) birthday.

  • The Disability Retirement Benefit shall be the Monthly Retirement Benefit Unit multiplied by each calendar year of full-time, active service with Employer completed subsequent to the ________ and as of the December 31 immediately prior to Employee’s Disability Retirement.

  • Each Motor Cargo Participant who has completed at least 5 Years of Service and has a Total Disability before age 55 shall be entitled to an immediate Disability Retirement Benefit equal to 55% of the UPS Freight/Motor Cargo Participant’s vested Accrued Benefit commencing on the first day of the month coincident with or next following his Total Disability and ending on the date he ceases to be a Disabled Participant.

  • Such application must include any evidence the Member wishes to present to support the Member’s claim for a Disability Retirement Benefit.

  • The Normal Retirement Benefit, Early Retirement Benefit Termination Benefit, and Disability Retirement Benefit for each FMC Participant who is not an Employee and who does not complete an Hour of Service on or after May 1, 2001 shall, notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.2 or 5.2 hereof, equal the accrued benefit of such FMC Participant as transferred from the FMC Plan in the FTI Spinoff.
