Disability Date definition

Disability Date means the date on which a Participant is deemed disabled under the employee benefit plans of the Corporation applicable to the Participant.

Disability Date means, in relation to a Participant, that date determined by the Board to be the date on which the Participant experienced a Disability.

Disability Date means the date the Executive's Disability began.

• In the event that Mr. Hobbs or Mr. Marcus becomes disabled (as defined in the Agreements) during the term of the applicable Agreement, the Company will continue to pay such executive s full compensation through the last day of the sixth consecutive month of disability or the date on which any shorter periods of disability will have equaled a total of six months in any twelve-month period (such last day or date, the Disability Date ).

• Thereafter, the Company will pay such executive disability benefits for twenty-four (24) months after the Disability Date (theDisability Period ) in an annual amount equal to 75% of such executive s Base Salary and Target Bonus in effect on the Disability Date, as well as provide for continued participation in the Company s benefit plans and programs in accordance with plan terms and applicable law.

• If the executive has not resumed his usual duties on or prior to the Disability Date, the Company will terminate such executive s employment effective as of the Disability Date and pay such executive a pro-rata bonus based on the Company s actual achievement of the performance criteria established for the year in which the Disability Date occurs.

More Definitions of Disability Date

Disability Date means the date on which a Participant becomes a “Disabled Participant” under the Ingredion Incorporated Retirement Savings Plan for Salaried Employees (the “Ingredion Savings Plan”) or a successor to such plan or any such similar plan containing a disability provision applicable to the Participant. If a Participant is not covered by the Ingredion Savings Plan or a similar plan containing a disability provision, the determination of whether the Participant has a “Disability Date” shall be made by the Committee by applying the provisions of the Ingredion Savings Plan as if the Participant were a participant of such plan or any similar plan that the Committee determines to be appropriate.

Disability Date means, the date of a Participant’s Termination as a result of a Disability.

Disability Date means the date subsequent to a Change in Control on which the Employee is determined to have a Disability.
