Confidential information is any information mutually provided in written, oral, visual, electronic, or other format as well as know-how which has actual or potential value and which is not commonly available in the respective business circles, and further information which is designated in writing as confidential (abbreviation "DIS") or which may be assumed to be confidential information due to the nature of the respective matter.
