Unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in this Agreement, the following terms as used herein shall mean: Administration The Director, Principal, Superintendent and/or their designees.
Any annual evaluation by the appropriate Director, Principal or Administrator on any bargaining unit member’s work record shall be examined by the bargaining unit member and initialed by him/her prior to being placed in his/her files.
The appropriate Director, Principal or Administrator shall meet with the bargaining unit member at least three (3) times prior to the official evaluation(s) to note all improvements.
Should the appropriate Director, Principal or Administrator feel that a bargaining unit member needs to be observed/assessed more than once per year, the Director shall meet with the bargaining unit member, and establish goals and objectives for improvements.
Bargaining unit members may be permitted to attend professional workshops and/or classes, relative to their classification, with the approval of the Director, Principal and Treasurer and shall be reimbursed as in number 1 above.
