• The Company shall provide the Director Nominee the same financial or other information as is generally provided to the Company’s other directors and officers at the same time that such other directors and officers receive such information.

More Definitions of Director Nominee

Director Nominee means a Director nominated by a Principal Stockholder or Partial Rights Transferee pursuant to a Director Nomination Right.

Director Nominee and “Director Nominees” shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in Section 7(a).
