State Agencies hold a Direct Payment Authorization Letter which is used to pay applicable taxes directly to the Department of Revenue.
Upon winding up of the IP’s activities under a Programme Document, the Parties shall consult as to the disposition of all non-expendable property provided by UNICEF or acquired from the Cash Transfer to or, insofar as the Direct Payment modality was used, on behalf of the IP, with regard to that Programme Document.
