Examples of Direct Debit Authority in a sentence

  • The Direct Debit Authority will set out any amounts payable by a Member to the DD Provider on top of any fees contemplated under this Membership Agreement.

  • Cancellation of any Direct Debit Authority does not affect your liability to pay the fees in full under the contract.


More Definitions of Direct Debit Authority

Direct Debit Authority means the authority to accept direct debits in the form scheduled to the Application and these Terms and Conditions. “Event of Default” means an event listed in clause 14 headed “Events of Default” of these Terms and Conditions.
