Direct Competitors means companies targeting the same markets as Standards Digital with solutions to the same problems
Direct Competitors includes purchasers of all or substantially all of the assets of a Direct Competitor, or to an entity resulting, by operation of law or otherwise, from the merger, consolidation or other reorganization of a Direct Competitor, successors, and, where the primary business of such competitors is an online or on-ground education provider, and any holding company for which the majority of its net value is comprised of online or on-ground education providers, name changes.
Direct Competitors means the entities doing business as Texas Roadhouse, Lone Star Steaks, Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, The Original Roadhouse, Santa Fe Cattle Company, Texas Land and Cattle and Black Angus Steakhouse.

Direct Competitors means for Parexel a third party or third parties who provide similar services to the services that Parexel provides to the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industry, excluding third parties whose primary business is quality assurance audits.

This exclusive right shall terminate upon the first to occur of (i) the date the Original Tenant or any of Tenant's Affiliates cease to occupy and conduct business in at least 50,000 rentable square feet of the Premises in the aggregate, or (ii) a default by Tenant under this Lease that is not cured within the applicable notice and cure period, or (iii) nine (9) months prior to the expiration of the Lease Term unless Tenant has delivered an Interest Notice to Landlord pursuant to Section 2.2.2, or (iv) six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Lease Term unless Tenant has delivered an Option Notice to Landlord pursuant to Section 2.2.2. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless the Landlord Parties for, from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, expense and liability (including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with or arising from any claim or action alleging that the provisions of this Section 29.33 constitute a restraint of trade or violate federal or state anti-trust laws or similar laws, which obligation shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
