Direct Care Services definition

Direct Care Services means programs and services, including personal care services provided to persons who are incapable of recognizing danger, summoning assistance, expressing need or making basic care decisions.
Direct Care Services means assistance to a resident of an assisted living home with the activities of daily living and the instrumental activities of daily living;
Direct Care Services means the provision of programs and services to children and families that require some degree of interaction between the child/family and the child welfare worker.
