DIP Note definition

DIP Note means the Senior Secured Super-Priority DIP Financing Note, dated as of October 30, 2020, by and between the Debtor and the DIP Lender and approved under the DIP Order, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified.
DIP Note means the Debtor-In-Possession Note, dated as of [ 2015], by and between the Debtor and the DIP Lender and approved by the Bankruptcy Court, as subsequently amended or modified.
DIP Note means that certain Debtor in Possession Secured Promissory Note between the Debtor and the DIP Lender attached to the DIP Loan Order, including any subsequent amendments, modifications and/or supplements thereto, and the corresponding Security Agreement, as defined therein.
