For calendar years 2022, 2023, and 2024, provided that the Plan has not been terminated, Dignity Health shall, subject to the provisions of § 7.1.4, make cash contributions to the Plan Trust not less than in the amount of the Minimum Contribution Recommendation calculated by the Plan’s Actuaries in that calendar year’s Pension Contribution Report.
