Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC – LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under part 10 of the DIFC Contract Law or under any law, to enforce any provision in this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the DIFC.
STATUS 4.1 We are regulated by the DFSA to provide certain Financial Services in and from the DIFC.
Any personal information provided to us will be controlled by Remitly (DIFC) Limited of DIFC who is the data controller (Remitly, we, us or our).
