Dietician means a person registered as such in terms of this Act, or regarded to be so registered in terms of section 61;

Dietician means a person who is eligible for registration as a dietitian by the commission on dietetic registration of the American dietetic association, or who has a baccalaureate degree with major studies in food and nutrition, dietetics, or food service management.
