DFID shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion whether any of the content of the Contract is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA.
The Supplier shall ensure that such back-ups are available to DFID at all times upon request, with delivery times as specified by DFID.
