Device Certificate definition

Device Certificate means a cryptographically encoded value which may be provided by DTLA or its designee which authorizes a device to exchange certain Commercial Entertainment Content.
Device Certificate means a Digital Certificate installed in a Device to authenticate the Device to the cable network.
Device Certificate has the meaning given to that expression in Annex A

  • Examples of breach include, but are not limited to: Manufacturer’s Device Certificate private keys have been lost, stolen, intercepted or otherwise compromised in any way, a court or governmental agency orders CableLabs to revoke Manufacturer authorization, or a series of non-material breaches of this Agreement by Manufacturer.

Device Certificate means a Digital Certificate issued to identify a Device.
Device Certificate means a Certificate that is issued to a single Custodian for installation on a central processing unit, for use and maintenance by that Custodian as well as by one or more Administrators.
