Development Results definition
Development Results means the results of activities carried out by the Company or by third parties (other than the Researcher and his/her team or any other University employee) at the direction of the Company pursuant to the Development Plan or otherwise in fulfillment of the Company’s obligations hereunder (including its development obligations under Section 5 below), including any invention, patent or patent application, product, material, method, discovery, composition, process, technique, know-how, data, information or other result which do not form part of the Licensed Technology, and further including any governmental or regulatory filing submitted, or approval, license, registration, or authorization obtained, by the Company, an Affiliate or Sublicensee in respect of the Products, as well as any other information, data, material, results, devices and know-how arising from the performance of the Development Plan.
Development Results means any and all results, whether patentable or not, in written or oral form, achieved or created by SIEMENS and/or SURGIVISION in the frame of this Agreement.
Development Results means any patents, patent applications, information, methods, processes, material, devices, data and other results arising from the Development Plan.

All terms and conditions of the License and this Agreement shall apply to the modified Development Plan and subsequent Development Results.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Y▇▇▇▇▇’s confidentiality obligations pursuant to this Section 12 to the extent relating to the Development Results shall terminate upon termination of this Agreement.

Development Results means the results of activities carried out by the Company or by third parties (other than the Researcher and his/her team or any other University employee) at the direction of the Company pursuant to the Development Plan, including any invention, patent or patent application, product, material, method, discovery, composition, process, technique, know-how, data, information or other result which do not form part of the Licensed Technology, and further including any governmental or regulatory filing submitted, or approval, license, registration, or authorization obtained, by the Company, an Affiliate or Sublicensee in respect of the Products, as well as any other information, data, material, results, devices and know-how arising from the performance of the Development Plan.
Development Results means Know-how discovered, generated, or obtained by, or on behalf of, the Company or its Affiliate or Sublicensee in the course of the performance of the Commercialization and Development Plan, other than the Consultation Results and the Joint Technology.
Development Results means any and all results, data, Know-How and Collaboration Inventions, whether or not protected, patentable and/or copyrightable or capable of being protected in any other way, in any form, that, in each case, are generated or developed by or on behalf of UBI or Siemens, or jointly by or on behalf of UBI and Siemens, in the course and as a result of the conduct of the Development Work pursuant to this Agreement.
Development Results means the results of activities carried out by the Company or by third parties at the direction of the Company (other than Research or any other activities conducted by the Researcher, any BNS employee or any University employee) pursuant to the Development Plan, including any invention, patent or patent application, product, material, method, process, technique, know-how, data, information or other result which do not form part of the Licensed Technology, discovered in the course of or arising from the performance of the Company’s development work pursuant to Section 5, below, including any regulatory filing filed, or approval obtained, by the Company, an Affiliate or Sublicensee in respect of the Products, as well as any information, material, results, devices and know-how arising therefrom.
Development Results means any and all Results not constituting Collaboration Results or AstraZeneca Improvements.
Development Results means any and all (a) data and information generated in the performance of Development Activities under the Development Plan or other Development of the Glucagon Product conducted pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) updates furnished by either Party to the other Party under the Development Plan or related to the Development Activities or other Development of the Glucagon Product conducted pursuant to this Agreement, including any and all descriptions of experiments conducted under the Development Plan or pursuant to this Agreement and corresponding analyses and conclusions.
Development Results means the results of activities carried out by the Company or by third parties at the direction or on behalf of the Company resulted from the development and commercialization of the Products, (including, without limitation pursuant to the Development Plan) or otherwise in exercising the License or the fulfillment of the Company’s obligations hereunder (including its development obligations under Section 5, below), including any invention, patent or patent application, product, material, method, discovery, composition, process, technique, know-how, data, information or other result which do not form part of the Licensed Technology, as well as any other information, data, material, results, devices and know-how arising from the performance of the Development Plan. "PCB Development Results" shall mean Development Results created pursuant to the Development Plan in the PCB Field.
