The Developer shall complete the Infrastructure Works (including all changes to existing highways and sewers and the construction of all new sewers, highways and footpaths necessary for the Development) in time to secure their adoption by the Development Completion Date.
The Developer shall notify the Council within 10 (ten) Working Days of the Development Commencement Date and the Development Completion Date.
The Developer shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Development Completion Date occurs on or before the Development Target Completion Date.
