Development and Commercialization Plan definition

Development and Commercialization Plan means the plan for the development and commercialization of Licensed Products attached hereto as Exhibit B, as such plan may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 3.2
Development and Commercialization Plan means the plan attached as Schedule 3 hereto, which sets forth the expected Development and Commercialization to be conducted by Ruthigen that will set forth the regulatory approvals to be sought, the timelines for such approvals and timelines for Ruthigen’s Commercialization of Product in the Field in the Territory.
Development and Commercialization Plan will mean the plan for the development and commercialization of Products attached hereto as Exhibit A, as such plan may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 6.2.

  • In consideration for the grant of this commercial license, Licensee agrees to comply with all the provisions of this Agreement, to pay all fees, Royalties, costs, and all other consideration within the time periods and as otherwise specified in Exhibit B of this Agreement for the Term, and to satisfy the requirements of the Development and Commercialization Plan set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts and shall cause its Sublicensees to use commercially reasonable efforts: (a) to develop Licensed Products in accordance with the Development and Commercialization Plan, which may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties; (b) to introduce Licensed Products into the commercial market; and (c) to market Licensed Products following such introduction into the market.

  • Licensee will be entitled, from time to time, to make such adjustments to the then applicable Development and Commercialization Plan as Licensee believes, in its good faith judgment, are needed in order to improve Licensee’s ability to meet the Development and Commercialization Milestones.

  • Together with each report, Licensee shall provide Elkurt with a copy of the then current Development and Commercialization Plan and business information, including funding, employees, hiring and other information on request.

  • Prompt payment of all amounts due to Licensor and satisfaction of the Development and Commercialization Plan requirements are material to this Agreement.


More Definitions of Development and Commercialization Plan

Development and Commercialization Plan means development, manufacturing, marketing, and commercialization activities proposed to be undertaken by the Licensee with respect to the Licensed Patents as set forth on attached Exhibit B.
Development and Commercialization Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Development and Commercialization Plan means, for each Collaboration Product, a written description which sets forth in reasonably specific detail: the specifications of such Collaboration Product; the plans for preclinical and clinical development, Regulatory Filings and Regulatory Approvals, manufacturing scale-up, forecasting and performance, and Commercialization and licensing activities, including use of any Third Party to perform material portions of such activities; the timelines, plan budget, and expected distribution of responsibilities for such activities; and the expected return from the Commercialization of such Collaboration Product, in each case as established by the JSC pursuant to Section 3.11 and as set forth in Exhibit 1.38.
Development and Commercialization Plan means LEVPHARMA'S plan for the further development and commercialization of the Licensed Technology and any potential Licensed Products in the Field, see Exhibit B hereto.
Development and Commercialization Plan will mean each written plan for the development of each Product developed under this Agreement, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
