Developer Parties definition

Developer Parties means the property owners who are signatories to this Agreement.
Developer Parties means Developer and its officers, employees, agents, representatives, counsel, consultants and managers.
Developer Parties means Developer, Contractor and any Subcontractor and their respective employees and agents.

More Definitions of Developer Parties

Developer Parties means, with respect to the Project or any portion thereof or this Financing Agreement: (a)(i) any Affiliate, (ii) developers working under contract with the Developer or any Affiliate, (iii) joint owners of the Project or any portion thereof, (iv) joint (or other) venturers with the Developer or any Affiliate, (v) lessees of property in the Allocation Area from the Developer or any Affiliate, (vi) lessors of property in the Allocation Area to the Developer or any Affiliate, and (vii) trusts (business or other) established with or for the benefit of the Developer or any Affiliate or the Project or any portion thereof, and (b) their successors and assigns.
Developer Parties means, collectively (i) the Original Developer Parties, OA, and their respective Professionals, and (ii) the respective parents, Affiliates and subsidiaries of any Person listed in the preceding clause (i), and (iii) the respective shareholders, members, general or limited partners or other equity owners of any Person listed in the preceding clauses (i) and (ii), and (iv) the respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents and contractors of any Person listed in the preceding clauses (i) through (iii), and (v) the respective heirs, personal representatives, trustees, successors and assigns of any Person listed in the preceding clauses (i) through (iv).
Developer Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1, below.
Developer Parties means, with respect to the Project or any portion thereof or the provision of the Note payments and lawfully available funds of the District to the Developer:
Developer Parties means Developer’s successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, parent companies, sister companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, representatives and agents.
Developer Parties means the Developer, the Developer's Affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, successors and assigns of the Developer and the Developer's Affiliates. "Domestic partners" is defined in Section 27.7(d).
