Developer Parties, and all successors and assigns in interest to Developer Parties, shall be obligated to maintain the Project and all improvements and landscaping situated on the Property in a clean and neat condition and in a continuous state of good repair in accordance with the Code.
The City and/or NTIFA shall have no liability for repayment of any indebtedness incurred by Developer Parties or any assignee of Developer Parties pursuant to this Agreement other than the obligation to collect, account for, and timely provide the Public Assistance as herein authorized and agreed.
All of the foregoing components of the Project shall be reflected in a Phasing Plan jointly submitted by the Developer Parties and Development Plans submitted by respective Development Party, to be approved by NTIFA in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 2.02 of this Agreement.
