Developed Lot definition

Developed Lot means any lot developed with a primary use and structure(s), not generally subject to further development with additional units or other primary uses.
Developed Lot means a Lot upon which a single family residence dwelling has been constructed in accordance with Franklin County, Virginia zoning ordinances and regulations as well as the Section Declaration; (c) an "Undeveloped Lot" shall mean a Lot upon which a single family residence dwelling has not as yet been constructed or erected. Common Property is not a Lot.
Developed Lot means a portion of the Property which has been submitted to this Declaration upon which a residence has been constructed in accordance with a final site plan and building permit, which has been approved by the County, and for which a certificate of occupancy has been issued.

Examples of Developed Lot in a sentence

  • A house which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary has constructed or is constructing on a Developed Lot which has been designated as a Dwelling Lot.

  • If the subject Developed Lot or Land Parcel was purchased individually, the Acquisition Cost for such Developed Lot or Land Parcel shall be the actual purchase price and closing costs approved by the Administrative Agent and paid by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries for the acquisition of such individual Developed Lot or Land Parcel excluding Administrative Costs, together with all applicable Development Costs.

More Definitions of Developed Lot

Developed Lot means a lot or parcel of land upon which a structure(s) is located, which cannot be more intensively developed pursuant to the town zoning code, and which cannot be further subdivided pursuant to town subdivision regulations.
