Detention center definition

Detention center means a facility established in accordance with Title 62A, Chapter 7, Part 2, Detention Facilities.
Detention center means a facility established and maintained by an appropriate entity for the purpose of confining arrested persons or persons sentenced to the detention center.
Detention center means a center that addresses the temporary care of a child who requires secure custody in physically restricting facilities pending court disposition or an execution of a court order for placement or commitment.
