Destination Page definition

Destination Page means any Web page which may be accessed by clicking on any portion of an Advertising Result and/or Search Result.
Destination Page means any webpage or other online location that may be accessed by clicking on Recommendations.
Destination Page means the LookSmart customer’s web page accessed by clicking on a Prioritized Listing.

  • During the Term, Outbrain shall be Partner's sole and exclusive provider of content recommendations, where “content recommendations” are one or more links comprised of a headline or phrase indicating that an End User will be driven to Content (regardless of whether the Destination Page displays content, advertorials or advertisements).

More Definitions of Destination Page

Destination Page means the Web page that is displayed when an End User clicks on a Result.
Destination Page means the web page impression that is displayed when an End User clicks on an Advertising Result.
Destination Page means the Adflare advertiser’s webpage accessed by an Internet User by clicking on a Adflare Advertiser Listing. “Click-Through Revenue” means the total amount of money generated by Adflare or a designated amount to be determined in Adflare’s discretion for Referrals under the terms of this Agreement and also from any provider Adflare has integrated now or wishes to integrate at any point in the future.
Destination Page means the web site that users will visit when they click on one of the Ads. Advertiser agrees that Ai Media Group will direct all users who click on Ads to a web site owned and operated exclusively by Advertiser, landing pages or microsites approved by the Advertiser. Advertiser hereby permits Ai Media Group during the term of the Program do one or more of the following for users visiting the Advertiser's Web Site/landing pages solely as part of the Program: (i) substitute tracking phone numbers for the Advertiser's web site phone numbers; (ii) substitute tracking email forms for the Advertiser's web site e-mail addresses; (iii) place click tracking code on pages (URLs) spelled by Advertiser. Advertiser agrees that users visiting the Advertiser's web site other than as a result of the Program will not see any of the above substitutions or modifications. Advertiser agrees that in order for Ai Media Group to be able to do so, Ai Media Group or a provider affiliate may provide a proxied version of the Advertiser's web site ("Proxied Site") and that, in order to do so, Advertiser's web site must be operational, functional, and accessible through the Internet. In addition, Advertiser agrees that, in order for Ai Media Group to provide the functionality associated with the Proxied Site, the URL visible above the Proxied Site to users clicking on the Advertiser's Ad will reflect the web site address for the Proxied Site and not that of the Advertiser's web site. Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that Ai Media Group will not be responsible for the operation and functionality of the Advertiser's web site. Advertiser warrants that all content on the Advertiser's existing web site complies with the Advertiser's representations herein and as otherwise required by the terms of this Agreement.
Destination Page means any webpage or other online location that may be accessed by clicking on Content Recommendations displayed through the Service.
Destination Page shall refer to the Web Site that users will visit when they click on one of the Business’ Ads. Company currently provides two Destination Page options to Business for its Campaign: (i) “Standard Offer Page”; (ii) “Existing Web Site.”
Destination Page has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.17(c)(2).
