Despatch definition

Despatch shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 14.1.1;
Despatch means to schedule and control the generation of the Project in order to commence, increase, decrease or cease the electrical output as delivered to the Grid System in accordance with the instructions from the Control Centre in conformity with the Agreement and Prudent Utility Practices.

More Definitions of Despatch

Despatch means the money payable by the owner of a vessel to the Seller pursuant to the terms of a Contract of Affreightment or Charter Party if such vessel completes discharge of a Parcel before the Laytime has expired.
