Desktop Software definition

Desktop Software means any third party office productivity Computer Software that is licensed for use on desktop or laptop “PC-class” computers or related local area network servers other than by a written agreement executed by the licensee. Desktop Software includes software licensed by shrink wrap or click wrap licenses, the Microsoft Windows class of operating system software and Microsoft Office or similar office productivity software (including individual programs contained therein).
Desktop Software means non-customized, off-the-shelf third-party computer software that is licensed for use on desktop or laptop “PC-class” computers or related local area network servers with a license fee no greater than $20,000 other than by a written agreement executed by the licensee, and includes software licensed by shrink wrap or click wrap licenses, the Microsoft Windows class of operating system software, and Microsoft Office or similar office productivity software (including individual programs contained therein).
Desktop Software means an application proprietary to the Company as well as a third party application that runs stand alone on a desktop or laptop computer and includes but is not limited to REFLEX XRF Connect, REFLEX SProcess, REFLEX GMIT5 and all future desktop applications that may be offered by the Company in the future. Fee means the fee payable by the Client for the Supply as set out in a quotation or an Order Document (as applicable).

  • The NODEWARE SOLUTION may include desktop Software for Your computers ("Desktop Software") and mobile Software for Your mobile devices ("Mobile Software").

  • IGI and its distributors may offer the Desktop Software and Mobile Software individually or together, but You are licensed to use only the type(s) of Software for which You have paid the applicable Fees or are part of a Nodeware evaluation and for which You have received a valid activation code.

More Definitions of Desktop Software

Desktop Software means each Active-developed and/or Active-owned software product in machine readable object code (not source code) that is installed on desktop(s) or server(s) controlled by Client, the Documentation for such product, and any Updates and Upgrades thereto.
