Designated Vehicle definition

Designated Vehicle means a vehicle which appears on a list maintained under section 36A;
Designated Vehicle means a vehicle, other than an exempt vehicle, of a type liable for a toll under a regulation under section 73A.
Designated Vehicle means a Vehicle owned by NFLP or a Financed Vehicle owned by National with respect to which the Servicer, National or NFLP has notified the Master Collateral Agent in writing that such Vehicle has been designated to be exchanged for one or more Replacement Vehicles or released for exchange pursuant to an Exchange Agreement.

More Definitions of Designated Vehicle

Designated Vehicle means the vehicle approved by the Department for use by the Contractor in providing the Service/s;
Designated Vehicle means a Vehicle owned by a Lessor Grantor or a Lessee Grantor with respect to which the applicable Servicer, such Lessee Grantor or Lessor Grantor has notified the Master Collateral Agent in writing that such Vehicle has been designated to be exchanged for one or more Replacement Vehicles or released for exchange pursuant to an Exchange Agreement.
Designated Vehicle has the meaning given by clause 4.2.
Designated Vehicle means any direct or indirect Subsidiary of K-INFRA that (a) does not own, legally or beneficially, or directly or indirectly, assets (including, without limitation, the Assets) which in aggregate have a value of more than $5,000,000 or (b) the aggregate assets of which, when aggregated with the aggregate assets of all other Designated Vehicles, directly or indirectly, as of the date of the most recent financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01, do not exceed an amount equal to three and one-half percent (3.5%) of the K-INFRA Net Asset Value as of such date.

Driver Application means the driver application form and declaration, in the form as nominated by the Department from time to time.
