designated service definition

designated service means a service recognised by the Minister for Provincial Affairs and Constitutional Development in terms of section 4 of the Fire Brigade Services Act, 1987 (Act No. 99 of 1987); (i)
designated service means the service provided by the Bank in Cyberbanking from time to time which allows the Customer to access the information of the Designated Service Account and give Instructions with regard to such services according to the procedures and rules as prescribed by the Bank from time to time;
