The Subscriber agrees to provide the Promoter with such information as may be required from time to time in order to enable the Promoter and the Trustee to apply for and administer any Grants in accordance with the Canada Education Savings Act or under a Designated Provincial Program.
A contribution does not include Government Funded Benefits, amounts from a Designated Provincial Program or from another program that has a similar purpose and is funded directly or indirectly by a province (other than an amount paid by an entity described in paragraph (iii) of the Qualifying Person definition, or an amount transferred to the plan in accordance with section 9).
The Promoter and the Trustee will ensure that the Canada Education Savings Grants and all other Grants under the Canada Education Savings Act or under a Designated Provincial Program are applied for as requested.
