Designated Properties definition

Designated Properties means the TUD of the properties situated at Tigné Point on which MIDI shall be granting a special hypothec in favour of CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Limited (C40390) in its capacity of Security Trustee (the Security Trustee) to secure the Bonds issued in terms of the Bond Issue.
Designated Properties or “Designated Sites” means each parcel of real property generally identified on Parent’s Plan Exhibit 18, under the heading Designated Site.
Designated Properties are as set forth on Attachment B hereto.

Examples of Designated Properties in a sentence

  • LV and HV Designated Properties will be charged in accordance with the CDCM and allocated the relevant charge structure set out in Annex 1.
