Designated Hardware definition

Designated Hardware means the hardware equipment installed in the designated aircraft, each as specified in the Product Schedule. Customer may use the Products as described in Section 3 only on the Designated Hardware while it possesses and operates the Designated Hardware. Any other use or transfer of the Products will require SNAP2's prior approval, which (i) shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and (ii) may be subject to additional charges should any revision to the Products be required as a result of the alternative use or transfer.
Designated Hardware means the hardware specified in Customer’s Order with respect to the OpaaS Services, as updated in writing from time to time.
Designated Hardware means the Hardware for which specific Software was supplied.

Examples of Designated Hardware in a sentence

  • The Application Software may be used only on the hardware provided by Licensor ("Designated Hardware") at Licensee's switch locations in the Licensed Areas.

  • Customer may install the Software or Enhancements on a network or other multi-user computer system specified in the Product Schedule and use the Designated Hardware to provide file services to Customer's in-flight entertainment consoles, up to the number of seats specified in the Product Schedule.

  • Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all rights granted to Customer hereunder will cease, and Customer will promptly (i) purge the Software and Enhancements from the Designated Hardware and all of Customer's other computer systems, storage media and other files, (ii) destroy the Products and all copies thereof and (iii) deliver to SNAP2 a letter signed by an officer of Customer which certifies that Customer has complied with these termination obligations.

  • Licensee may temporarily install and use the Application Software on hardware other than Designated Hardware, but only if the Designated Hardware cannot be used because of hardware, software or other malfunction and only until the Designated Hardware is returned to operation.

  • The System, and each module and function thereof, will be capable of operating in a commercially reasonable manner on the Designated Hardware and operating environment specified in Schedule 17(g).


More Definitions of Designated Hardware

Designated Hardware means the hardware equipment specified in Exhibit A and authenticated as described in Section 2, which may comprise single computers or networks of computers.
Designated Hardware has the meaning set out in Schedule A:
Designated Hardware means the computer equipment specified in the Contract or such additional equipment as the parties may from time to time designate in writing.

Designated Hardware means one (1) compatible hardware device. The Customer may use the Software only on the Designated Hardware while it possesses and operates the Designated Hardware.
Designated Hardware means: i) all hardware onto which You have instructed Us to install the Licensed Materials; OR ii) (where We are not providing installation services to You) all hardware onto which You have informed us in the Order that You intend to install the Licensed Materials. For clarity, You and We shall agree in writing the name / number / address (or some other equivalent unique identification procedure) of the hardware that shall comprise the Designated Hardware for the purposes of the Contract.
