Any election to change such investment direction shall indicate the dollar amount or percentage of the balance in such Account (determined based on the then current Net Asset Value of each Designated Fund in which the Account is deemed invested immediately prior to giving effect to such investment change) to be invested in each such Designated Fund.
No shares of any Designated Fund will be sold to the general public.
The Company shall provide to the Trust and the Distributor copies of any complaints received from Contract owners pertaining to the Trust or any Designated Fund.
